As an interim operations manager, I work for SMEs with a production activity. To do this, I take on the following roles:

  • corporate project management, for value creation, operational excellence, or industrial project management,
  • leadership, as managing director, plant manager or COO (5 to 150 people).


Areas of expertise :

  • Industrial performance - production, services and technical services (leadership, strategy, organisation and technique, lean management, mentoring, project management),
  • Financial performance (cash planning, P&L responsibility, budget management, process cost analysis, CAPEX),
  • Areas:

1) Industrial and technology companies in B2B markets: machine building, railways, metal, plastics and rubber processing,

2) Technical services: industrial maintenance, ECM4 rail vehicle maintenance.

  • Intervention throughout all Europe, mainly in French- and German-speaking countries.


Contexts: transformation, growth, reorganisation (performance improvement, crisis management, etc.).
